(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at length prays for and is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the respondent-authorities by filing a representation within three days. He, however, submits that the respondent-authorities be directed to consider and decide the representation as expeditiously as possible. Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana submits that in case the petitioner files a representation, the same shall be considered and decided by the authorities as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter accept or reject the same in accordance with law.
