The writ petition is premature.

After giving a representation, the petitioner cannot come to the Court seeking for challenge that there is no theft of energy. The copy of the representation and the copy of this order be forwarded to the respondent and on receipt of the copy of the representation and copy of the order, the authority will pass the final order on the representation in the manner contemplated under the Regulations within a week. Till such time as the order is passed, no precipitate action shall be taken. 2.
