Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to the petitioner to file application seeking his emergency parole before the Superintendent, District Jail, Faridabad Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move application before the Superintendent, District Jail, Faridabad seeking emergency parole for the treatment of his mother, which on filing, will be decided by jail authorities within a period of six weeks.
