******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petitions have been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No.8 dated 03.01.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 307, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Assandh, District Karnal. Heard.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Raja Ram submits that petitioners have appeared before the trial Court and have been released on interim bail in terms of order dated 18.06.2019 passed by this Court. CRM-M-27064 of 2019 -2Section 319 Cr.P.C. Custodial interrogation of petitioners is, as such, not required.

In view of submission of learned State counsel but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, both the petitions are allowed and order dated 18.06.2019 passed in both the petitions is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against them so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.

(iv) that the petitioner will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
