Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.154 dated 23.10.2018 under Sections 420, 406, 120-B IPC and Section 10 of the Immigration Act, registered at Police Station Buria.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that as per the FIR, present petitioner along with other co-accused committed fraud with the complainants by grabbing their money for sending them abroad but they were not sent to foreign country. The details of money taken from Rakesh Kumar, Karam Chand, Rajesh Kumar, Mohammad Ashan, Ravikant and Ayub, have been mentioned.

CRM No.M-27063 of 2019 -2and in view of the nature and gravity of the offence, I find that petitioner is required for custodial interrogation and no ground is made out for granting benefit of anticipatory bail to him.

Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
