(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that since appropriate averments have not been taken in the writ petition, because of inadvertent mistake and also the necessary parties have not been impleaded as respondents herein, he will not be in a position to substantiate his arguments. In this view of the matter, he seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition, on the same cause of action, but with better particulars and after impleading all the necessary parties.
Permission is granted.
