(Oral) Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 is legally wedded wife of respondent No.6 but there is marital discord between them and now petitioner No.1 is in live-in relationship with petitioner No.2. It is further contended that respondents No.6 to 9 are giving threats to the petitioners as they are against their live-in relationship and in this regard representation (Annexure P-3) has arleady been given to the police authorities but they failed to take any action. Notice of motion.
Mr. Naveen Kumar Sheoran, DAG, accepts notice on behalf of the State of Haryana. He submits that the concerned authority will look into GAURAV SOROT 2022.07.22 14:35 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

In view of above, without going into merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider representation (Annexure P-3) and to provide appropriate protection to the petitioners if so warranted. However, any observations made in this order will not be construed as an expression of opinion on the relationship between the petitioners.
Respondents No.6 to 8 are at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy against the petitioners.
In case the petitioners have committed any offence, the law will take its own course.
