(ORAL) Learned counsel appearing for the accused submits that the revision petition was filed in the year 2018 and the trial was still at the nascent stage impugning the order dated 04.08.2018 whereby his client was declared as a juvenile and the petitioner being aggrieved to have challenged the same to declare him as a major and trial him accordingly.

Submits that during pendency of the revision petition the accused has been acquitted from the charges. He further points out that against the acquittal no appeal has been preferred either by the prosecution or by the complainant. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statements, disposed as having been rendered infructuous.
