Mr. Anmol Malik, AAG, Haryana ***** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J .(Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.93 dated 05.10.2018, registered under Section 22 of NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Rori, District Sirsa. In pursuance of order dated 30.09.2019, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record order dated 2.07.2019 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Sirsa vide which, petitioner was admitted to interim bail subject to his furnishing bail bonds in a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with 2 sureties in the like amount till 30.07.2019. Requisite bonds have already been furnished.
