Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of appropriate directions to the official respondents to conduct fair, impartial and time bound investigation in FIR No.083 dated 27.06.2025, registered under Sections 109(1), 117(2) 190, 191(2), 191(3), 333, 351(3) 61 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 58 of Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Tigaon, District Faridabad and to take immediate steps to arrest remaining accused persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the police authorities have failed to arrest the actual culprits involved in the present case and that only some of the accused persons have been apprehended, while the remaining accused are still roaming freely.

CRM-M-25997-2026 (O&M) ( 2 ) completed. It is further submitted that 10 accused persons have been arrested and have been forwarded to face trial, and no accused remains to be arrested in the matter.

Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, and considering the fact that the investigation in the present case stands completed; 10 accused persons have already been arrested and sent to face trial; and no other accused remains to be arrested, no further directions are required to be passed by this Court at this stage. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. However, in case the petitioner, still feels aggrieved, then he shall be at liberty to avail any other remedy available in accordance with law.
