Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 105 dated 09.05.2020, under Sections 323, 324, 326 IPC registered at Police Station Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise. Mr. B.S. Sewak, learned Addl. A.G. Punjab, on instructions, states that petitioner has been acquitted and hence, the present petition has become infructuous.

Disposed of accordingly.
