******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Padmini Devi has been produced in Court by the police. She is accompanied by respondent no. 4-Vikas Kumar. On enquiry, she has stated that she has married Vikas Kumar on 30.08.2017 and this fact is in knowledge of her father i.e. petitioner-Raj Kumar. She now wants to live with her husband i.e. respondent no. 4-Vikas Kumar and does not want to accompany her father. On asking of the Court, she had a talk with her father. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that father of Padmini Devi is satisfied after having a chat with her. His only worry is that his daughter should have a happy married life. As Padmini Devi is not willing to accompany her father, the instant petition stand disposed of. Ms. Padmini Devi being major may live with her husband as desired by her.
