(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of an appropriate writ especially in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioner and to recover old and new Passport, Immigration I.D., Driving Licence, Tax I.D. of Phillipins, 3 credit cards, one Samsung mobile, ATM of HDFC Bank etc. from respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, to consider and take a final decision on representation dated 03.03.2023 (Annexure P-2) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner.
