After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the denial of the benefit to the appellant is based upon Rule 4

(1) (ii) of the Haryana Civil Services (Compassionate Financial Assistance or Appointment) Rules, 2019 hence, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the appellants to challenge the said Rule to seek the relief. 2.
