*** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (oral) The petitioner has challenged the orders dated 16.5.2011 (Annexure P-2) and 27.5.2011 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Collector, Amritsar.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties in detail and found that there are disputed questions of facts which requires to be proved by oral as well as documentary evidence and cannot be adjudicated upon in the writ jurisdiction. Therefore, I dispose of this petition, relegating the petitioner to file a suit, if so advised.

However, the order of status quo, granted by this Court on 9.10.2013, shall continue for fifteen days regarding payment of compensation.
