* * * * As agreed, as per statements of the learned counsel for the appellant as well as counsel for the Insurance Company, separately recorded, a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- over and above the amount already awarded by the Tribunal, is awarded to the appellant-Muskan Deep D/o late Shri Deepak Jindal in full & final satisfaction of the claim.

Accordingly, we dispose of this case with a direction to the Insurance Company Limited to deposit cheque in the sum of Rs.25,00,000/- favouring appellant-Muskan Deep D/o late Shri Deepak Jindal with the Office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court on or before 30.11.2022. Failing compliance of the order, interest @ 9% per annum shall follow on this amount till payment from the date of this order. The appellant's counsel may collect the cheque/draft from the office of the Lok Adalat. The office shall retain the photocopy of the cheque/draft bearing signatures of the Counsel.

Appeal stands disposed of.
