(Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to formally protect the last drawn pay of the petitioner as SS Master, consequently grant first and second ACP and release all financial benefits along with interest at the rate of twenty-four per cent per annum till realization. Further, not to initiate any action of recovery from him on account of grant of increments from 01.07.2009 to 30.11.2019. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent no.2 is directed to decide the pending legal notice, dated 27.01.2025, Annexure P-6, in a specified period. 3.
