******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Bijender son of Maha Singh has been produced, who submits that presently he is living in his own house and wants to live with his mother-Phulpati. Wife of Bijender and his son are also present, who say that Bijender is a drug addict and was sent to Rehabilitation Centre. Under the influence of drugs, he had been giving beatings to his wife and children. As Bijender is presently living with her mother in his house, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such. However, in case of any complaint against Bijender, his wife will have liberty to approach Superintendent of Police, Sonepat, who on her application, will take appropriate action in accordance with law.
