There is no representation on behalf of petitioner. At this stage, learned counsel representing State of Haryana produced parvi report dated 18.08.2025 and submits that as per instructions received by him, petitioner has been acquitted in aforesaid FIR vide judgment dated 24.07.2025 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehabad.
