(Oral) Petitioner has referred to the order dated 16.10.2006 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.2 whereby the case of similar situated employees have been considered for transfer in the parent department. As per direction given by this Court in CWP No.7836 of 2006 titled Raj Kumar Vs. Government of Haryana and others, decided on 22.05.2006, to the respondent to decide the legal notice. In this regard, the petitioners have given a legal notice dated 23.11.2014 (Annexure P-5) to the respondent(s)but no decision has been taken thereon.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to the respondent(s) to decide the legal notice dated 23.11.2014 (Annexure P-5), referred to above. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent(s) to decide the legal notice dated 23.11.2014 (Annexure P-5) in the light of instruction dated 23.11.2000, by passing a speaking order, within a period of two months, in accordance with law.
