******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Sangeeta (detenue) has been produced in Court. She submits that presently she is living with her parents and pursuing her studies. She is not willing to accompany petitioner-Pardeep Kumar, who is present in person. On the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, she was asked to have a talk with petitioner-Pardeep Kumar in Court itself but she refused even to meet him.

Sangeeta is major and presently living with her parents of her own wish, as such, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
