Learned counsel for the respondent states that during the pendency of the present petition, as per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Faridabad, the main petition under Section 125 CrPC for grant of maintenance itself stands decided.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
