(Oral) The challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing to the notice dated 22.04.2016 issued by respondent No.2 under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act, 2002).

After arguing for sometime, when the Bench was not inclined to entertain the writ petition, it was prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition.
