******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel and learned counsel for the respondents submit that child Karishma was sent to SOS Children Village, Rajpura under the order of Chairman, Child Welfare Committee, Patiala and the remedy available to the petitioner is to approach the District Magistrate against this order.

The petitioner had also filed a petition in the Court of District and Sessions Judge, Patiala for custody of the child which was dismissed vide order dated 14.11.2018 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala.
