The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents no.2 and 3 for taking action against private respondents for issuance of threats to the petitioner and his family.
No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the State has filed Status Report dated 02.08.2022, by way of affidavit of Sukhwinder Singh Brar, PPS, on behalf of respondents no.1 to 3 in the Court. The same is taken on record. The learned counsel for the State submits that in FIR No.86 dated 26.05.2019, under Section 306 IPC, which has been registered against private respondents, at Police Station City-1, Abohar, District Fazilka, the report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. stands submitted before the Trial Court on 27.04.2022 against the three accused namely Subash, Neeraj and Maya Devi. was, in fact, never received by the Investigating Agency. There is no danger to the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members as revealed during the inquiry.
In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court in the present petition. Disposed of accordingly.
