Representation made by the applicant/petitioner before the Director General of Police, Punjab is take on record as Annexure P4. CRM-M-27068-2019 Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking transfer of investigation in case FIR No. 97 dated 19.10.2017, registered under Sections 302, 382, 148, 149 & 120-B IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Sadar, Abohar.

A short grievance, as pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner, that petitioner has made detailed representations to the higher police authority including Annexure P4 to the Director General of Police, Punjab, but the same remained unattended till date. Notice of motion.
