This is a petition under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Palwal vide order dated 13.02.2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that Jai Parkash, respondent No.2 herein, has since been granted regular bail by the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Palwal vide order dated 06.03.2023 and in view thereof the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
