**** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein,inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned announcement dated 11.09.2020 (Annexure P-1) issued by respondent No.2, which has been published in newspaper dated 15.09.2020. Further prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for interview with respect to her selection for the post of 'Staff Nurse' as she has been declared a successful candidate vide result dated 08.05.2017 (Annexure P-2) in her written examination.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is eligible to appear for interview after scrutiny of her documents as she has secured more marks than the last shortlisted candidate according to her self-assessment. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the case file.

In the return filed by the respondents, a categoric stand has been taken that petitioner was found ineligible to be called for interview as she had obtained 40 marks in the written examination whereas marks secured by the last selected candidate called for the interview is 46.

The result of the petitioner is not under challenge before thisCourt. Being so, no further grounds to interfere are made out. 6.

Instant petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitionerto challenge her result, if so advised. She is also at liberty to seek information under Right to Information Act and/or even otherwise.
