(Oral) In compliance with the order dated 19.09.2017, the statement of the detenue i.e. Ranjana daughter of respondent No.4 has been recorded. She has stated that she is aged 20 years and being major she is capable of deciding her future. It is also stated that she has performed the marriage with the petitioner and wants to live with petitioner i.e. her husband namely Gagandeep Singh. In view of the statement of the detenue - Ranjana, no further action is required.

Disposed of accordingly.
