(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 53, dated 30.03.2019, under Sections 34, 365 IPC (later on, Section 34 deleted and Sections 148, 149, 323 of IPC has been added), registered at Police Station Bhattu Kalan, District Fatehabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 20th June, 2019, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. This fact is not disputed by the counsel for the State as well. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Nawab Singh, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 20th June, 2019, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
