The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case registered against him vide FIR No.52 dated 23.03.2019 under Sections 379-B and 34 IPCwith Police Station City Jagraon, District Ludhiana.

The learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the petitioner was unable to appear before the Trial Court on 18.11.2021 as he was admitted in the Jiwandaan Foundation (Regd.) Drug Counselling and Rehabilitation Centre in District Solan, Himachal Pradesh from 18.09.2021 to 30.06.2022. Reference is made to the Certificate issued by the aforesaid Centre (Annexure P-4).

Notice of motion for 10.11.2022.

The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Trial Court within a week from today and on his doing JITESH LAL 2022.11.10 04:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
