Learned State counsel, at the very outset submits that the present petition is not maintainable as only the complainant has been impleaded as a respondent, whereas, two of the injured namely Meenakshi and Vikas are not impleaded as respondents, who are the victims and their consent is necessary for compounding the offence.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition and seeks liberty to file a fresh petition after impleading all the accused and stakeholders.
