Present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondents to release the petitioner on parole for a period of four weeks to get his house repaired. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner had moved a representation (Annexure P2) for the same purpose before the jail authorities but the same remained unattended. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Surinder Pal Singh, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the Superintendent, Central Jail-I, Hisar to look into representation (Annexure P2) and pass the order, as required under the law. Present petition stands disposed of.
