(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, fairly states that since during the pendency of the writ petition, petitioner has been reinstated in service, the relief sought by the petitioner already stood granted. However, after joining the service, petitioner is not being paid his monthly salary since 7.8.2014. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the justice demand notice dated 11.10.2014 (Annexure P-6), submitted by the petitioner, within a reasonable time.

Civil Writ Petition No. 13928 of 2014 Faced with the above, learned counsel for the respondents fairly state that they have got no objection to the proposal put by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Deputy Commissioner-cum-President, District Information & Technology Society, Sector 1, Panchkula-respondent No.3 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioner, raised vide his justice demand notice dated 11.10.2014 (Annexure P-6) and decide the same, at an early date by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

However, it is made clear that if the petitioner is still not satisfied with the order to be passed by respondent No.3, including his claim for regularisation, he shall be at liberty to pursue his remedies, in accordance with law.

With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
