******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Haruni, the alleged detenue, is present in Court and submits that she does not want to accompany the petitioner and will live with her husband Shahbir son of Khurshid.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that detenue-Haruni is under pressure of her family and number of persons present in Court. The detenue was called in chamber with learned State counsel and was enquired about her wish to accompany her parents or the petitioner. She insisted that she does not want to go with petitioner and has not married him. She will live with her husband Shahbir only.
