(ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.129 dated 01.07.2021, under Section 3 of Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and Section 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Saha, District Ambala. Vide order dated 27.08.2021, passed by this Court, ad interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the aforesaid order, the petitioners have joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Shakil Mohd., submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are not required for any further investigation.
