******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Vide affidavit sworn on 20.01.2017, Anjali Azad has categorically stated that she does not want to live with the petitioner and will file a divorce petition against him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the affidavit, Anjali Azad has given her address of Bihar but the affidavit was sworn at SAS Nagar, Mohali. In the entire affidavit, she has not given her place of residence at Mohali.

Learned State counsel has placed on file copy of DDR No. 13 recorded on 30.10.2016, wherein Anjali Azad has given her address as resident of Badmajra Colony, SAS Nagar, Mohali. As Anjali Azad is not willing to live with petitioner, she cannot be forced to go against her wishes. The petitioner can avail appropriate legal remedy in this regard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has been receiving threats on his mobile from private respondents and a Jitender Kumar 2017.08.18 17:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CHANDIGARH

CRWP No. 11 of 2017 -2representation, copy of which has been placed on file as Annexure P-15, was also made to Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar, Mohali in this regard.

Learned State counsel submits that no such complaint was received by Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar, Mohali. Copy of complaint alongwith copy of messages, which have been placed on file by learned counsel for the petitioner, be supplied to learned State counsel and Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar, Mohali is directed to look into the same and take appropriate legal action in accordance with law.
