******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Suhalia Khatoon, the alleged detenue, is present in Court and submits that she does not want to go with her parents. She is married with petitioner-Azhar and wants to accompany her husband and in-laws, who are present in Court. She apprehends threat to her life and liberty or that she may be murdered if sent with her parents.

In view of submission of detenue-Suhaila Khatoon, the order sending her to Nari Niketan is set aside and she is permitted to go with petitioner and her in-laws.

In view of statement of detenue-Suhaila Khatoon, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
