(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the communication dated 21.08.2021 (Annexure P-7) issued by the respondentPGIMER directing him to submit MD result/MD Provisional Pass certificate till 23.08.2021.

Learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent - PGIMER submits that the said letter shall not be acted upon as the institute has taken a decision to grant the petitioner time uptill 31.08.2021 to submit the necessary result.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the statement made by learned senior counsel for the respondent - PGIMER granting him time uptill 31.08.2021, the grievance of the petitioner stands resolved and nothing further needs to be done in the petition. In the circumstances, taking the aforesaid statement of learned senior counsel for the respondent - PGIMER on record to the effect that they shall extend the period of time uptill 31.08.2021 for the petitioner to submit the MD result/MD Provisional Pass Certificate, the petition is disposed of in terms thereof.
