 The appellant-Dhiraj Kumar has filed this appeal against the order dated 03.05.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge whereby the review application filed by respondent No.3-UHBVN for recalling/review of the judgment dated 22.12.2017 was allowed and the judgment dated 22.12.2017 passed by the learned Single Judge in Civil Writ Petition No. 17330 of 2010 was ordered to be recalled.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties at length, this appeal is being disposed of by observing that the observations made by the learned Single Judge vide order dated 03.05.2023 will have no effect on the final decision of the main writ petition which is stated to be fixed for hearing on 09.12.2023.
