Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the house of petitioner is under repair/renovation. He had moved application (Annexure P-1) seeking parole of one month for reconstruction/renovation of his old house. However, the same has not been decided by the competent authority even after passing of eight months.

Without expressing any opinion on the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondents to consider the application of petitioner Annexure P-1, if not already considered, within a period of six weeks on receipt of this order and decide the same on merits.
