This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for violation of the order dated 24.01.2025 passed in CWP-1854-2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the claim of the petitioner has since been decided and he seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies as available in law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
