MANN, J.(Oral) Prayer made in the petition filed by convict-Mahinder Singh under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of directions to respondent No.3-Superintendent, Central Jail, Ambala, to pass a speaking order on the application/representation dated 11.09.2017 (Annexure P-1) for the grant of parole for a period of four weeks on account of marriage of his niece, which is fixed for 15.10.2017.
