(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 483 read with Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 (corresponding Section 439 read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C) praying for interim bail on the medical grounds in case FIR No. 87 dated 07.08.2025 registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, 1985 and Sections 29, 61 and 85 of the NDPS Act (added later on) at Police Station Kotwali Nabha, District Patiala.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition at this stage, in case, State Government continues to provide him proper medical aid and care in Jail.

CRM-M-25756-2026(O&M) Learned State counsel has placed on record the custody certificate of the petitioner. He, while referring to the status report filed by the State, submits that petitioner is being provided proper medical care as per report of the Medical Officer, New District Jail, Nabha and the same will continue as and when required. In view of the aforesaid stand of the State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage.
