Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the benefits for which the present petition has been filed has been given to the petitioner by the respondents but, the interest on the delayed payment has not been made, hence, liberty be given to the petitioner to approach the respondents by way of representation so as to claim the interest on the delayed release of payment.

Keeping in view the totality of circumstances, the present petition is disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty as prayed for.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
