The present petition is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.57 dated 22.04.2025 registered under Sections 318(4), 316(2) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station City-2, District Mansa. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh with better particulars.
