Report by the Warrant Officer has been received, in terms of which as informed by the police officials, Dharmender and Sunil had been arrested from area of Police Station Gohana on 22.9.2017 at about 4.00. P.M. in F.I.R. No. 336 dated 20.09.2017 for offence under Sections 460/396/326 of the Indian Penal Code with Police Station Murthal, District Sonepat and after getting them medically examined they were in custody of police of Police Station Murthal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be allowed to withdraw the petition.
