This is a contempt petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for non-compliance of order dated 23.02.2022.

Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the salaries of the petitioners have been protected and has referred to page 146 of the paper book.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to institute appropriate proceedings for the redressal of their grievance, if any.
