Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for quashing of impugned order dated 23.01.2024, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani (Annexure P-4), vide which, learned Additional Sessions Judge, withdrawn the concession of bail granted to the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner informs that instant petition has been rendered infructuous, as the appeal preferred by the petitioner has already been dismissed vide its order dated 21.07.2025, therefore, same may be disposed of as such.

In view of the statement of learned State counsel, present petition is ordered to have been dismissed, same having been rendered infructuous.
