Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present revisions has been filed against the judgment of acquittal passed by the Sessions Court which had allowed the appeal filed by the convict overturning the judgment of conviction passed by the trial Court. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that he does not want to continue with the present petition and does not press for the same. 3.
